JFE Steel develops high-tensile sheets for automobiles successfully

Japanese JFE Steel announced that they have developed the high-tensile auto sheet successfully.
It can be used for skeleton strengthening of automobiles, and expected to come on stream within this year.
JFE Steel will start to provide samples to automakers once the production technology is approved. The company believes it can highly lighten the auto industry by fully applied this material in the body construction.
